Mind Eraser

Ingredients: * 2 oz Kahlua * 2 oz Vodka * 2 oz 7-Up or Tonic * 2 splashes Butterscotch schnapps (optional)

Mixing instructions: Fill cup with ice, layer each ingredient starting with Kalhua, then Vodka, then butterscotch schnapps, then 7-up.

Leaving Las Vegas

Ingredients: * 1 oz Triple sec * 1 oz Vodka * 1 oz Light rum * 1 oz Gin * Fill with Lemonade (and ice) * 2 tblsp Sugar to taste * 1 splash Sprite

Mixing instructions: Layer and stir, garnish with lemon

Fruit Salad Daiquiri

Ingredients: * 5 oz Light rum * 2 oz Pina colada mix * Strawberries * Watermelon

Mixing instructions: Fill blender 1/2 to 3/4 with ice and add strawberries, pieces of watermelon, and slices of star fruit. Last add rum and mix. Blend until smooth and garnish with a slice of star fruit and an umbrella.

Margarita

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 oz Tequila

* 1/2 oz Triple sec

* 1 oz Lime juice

* Salt

Mixing instructions: Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice, dip rim in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve.

Mai Tai

Ingredients: 1 oz Dark rum,

1 oz Light rum

1 1/2 oz Triple sec

1/2 oz Orange juice

1 oz canned Pineapple juice

1/4 oz Grenadine

Ice cubes Mixing instructions: In a metal shaker add a fair amount of ice cubes. Add dark rum and light rum, then grenadine, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Finally add Triple Sec and shake vigoursly. Pour in a thick tall ribbed glass. Top with a cherry or a dash of Triple Sec.

Mixed Berry Breezer

Ingredients: 2 cups fresh berries (I like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries), 2 cups ice, 1/2 cup orange juice, 4 oz rum

Blend all ingredients together, serve in a margarita glass

For a non-alcoholic version replace rum with 1 scoop frozen vanilla yogurt. Mmmmm!

Mint Julep

Ingredients: Fresh mint sprigs, 1 - 2 tsp. superfine sugar, crushed ice, 3 oz Bourbon.

Grind or crush mint with sugar and a little water, cover with crushed ice and add Bourbon.

Soul Kiss Cocktail

Ingredients: 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth, 3/4 oz Bourbon, 1 1/2 tsp Dubonnet, 1 1/2 tsp Orange juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Afterbirth

Ingredients: 1 part Raspberry schnapps, 1 part Grenadine, 1 part Bailey's irish cream

Mixing instructions: Mix schnapps and grenadine. Add Bailey's last then shoot .

Fuzzy Navel

1 jigger peach schnapps

1 shot vodka

Fill with Orange Juice

Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

1 tblsp Honey

3/4 glass Tea

2 shots Brandy

1 slice Lemon

Mixing instructions:

Brew tea and fill tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in Brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.

Hurricane

Ingredients: * 1 oz White rum * 1 oz Jamaican Rum * 1 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum * 3 oz Orange juice with pulp * 3 oz unsweetened Pineapple juice * 1/2 oz Grenadine * Crushed Ice

Mixing instructions: Combine all ingredients, mix well (shake or stir). Pour over crushed ice in Hurricane glass. Best enjoyed through small straw. Garnish with fruit wedge if desired.

Fireball

Ingredients: * 1 part Sambuca * 1 part Tequila * 5-10 drops Tabasco sauce (alternative: Coffee Beans), 1 match

Mixing instructions: 1 part tequila in a shot glass. Add sambuca and tabasco or 2 to 3 coffee beans. Pour sambuca over glass and light with match. Burn for 10 to 20 seconds. Either let it burn and sip through straw or blow out (carefully) and slug it down as a shot. Eat coffee beans.

Golden Daze

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Peach brandy, 1 oz Orange juice

Shaken, with ice.

Bushwacker

Ingredients

4 oz Cream of coconut (CocoLopez) * 2 oz Kahlua * 1 oz Bacardi Black rum * 1 oz Dark Creme de cacao * 4 oz Milk or half and half * 2 cups Ice

Mixing instructions: Combine in blender, blend until smooth, serves two in 12oz cups.

Monkey Wrench

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice, Dash Bitters.

Serve over the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.

Noah

Ingredients: * 2 oz Amaretto, *1 oz Orange Juice, *Splash of 7up

Mix ingredients, serve over ice.

Orange Blossom

Ingredients: * 2 oz Gin * 1 oz Orange juice * 1 tsp superfine Sugar * 1 Orange slice

Mixing instructions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, orange juice, and sugar. Shake wel. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange slice.

Forgive Me

Ingredients: * 2 cl White rum * 1 cl Lakka * 1 cl White Creme de Menthe * 2 cl Orange juice * 2 cl Lemon juice

Mixing instructions: Stir with ice and strain to cocktail glass.

Bitch-On-Wheels

Ingredients: * 2 oz Gin * 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth * 1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe * 1 tsp Pernod

Mixing instructions: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Good Mourning

Ingredients:

1/2 Orange, 1/2 Lime or 1/4 Grapefruit, 1/2 Apple or Pear, a splash of Orange juice, a splash of Apple juice, Jigger of Triple sec, Jigger of Rum, Ice

Mixing instructions: Throw all ingredients in blender. Garnish with strawberries.

Jamaican me crazy

Mix the following: * 1 oz Rum (Bacardi) * 1 oz Malibu rum * 1 oz Banana liqueur * Add 1 splash Cranberry juice * Add 1 splash Pineapple juice

No Regrets

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Gold tequila, 1/2 oz Bailey's irish cream

Mixing instructions: Pour in the Irish Cream first. Then add the gold tequila. Shoot down and feel the warmth.

Glam Trash

Ingredients:

* 2 parts chilled Cinnamon schnapps (Goldschlager) * 1 part Beer (Bud light) * 1 splash Grenadine

Mixing instructions: Pour 3/4 glass with chilled Goldschlager then add 1/4 glass of Bud Light. Splash grenadine on top for color. Allow the beer to suspend the gold flake in the glass. Serve immediately.

Smith and Wesson

Ingredients:

* 1 oz Vodka * 1 oz Kahlua * 1 oz Light cream * Cola

Mixing instructions: Pour vodka, kahlua, and cream into glass filled with ice, then top off with Cola.

Chocolate Milk

Ingredients: * 1/2 shot Chocolate liqueur (Droste) * 1/2 shot Milk * 1 dash Amaretto

Mixing instructions: Put the milk in the bottom, pour the Liquer on top and add the dash of amaretto. Do not mix. SLAM IT!

A Piece of Ass

Ingredients: * 1 shot Amaretto * 1 shot Southern Comfort * Ice cubes * Top off with Sour mix

Mixing instructions: Put ice in glass. Pour in shots. Fill with Sour Mix.

Screaming Purple Jesus

Ingredients: * 1 part Everclear * 4 parts Grape Purple Kool-Aid

Mixing instructions: Mix together and serve over ice

Brandy Alexander

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 oz Brandy * 1 oz Dark Creme de cacao * 1 oz Half-and-half * 1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg

Mixing instructions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Smoked Martini

Ingredients: 1 part Single Malt Scotch, 1 part Vodka, Juice of 1 slice Lemon.

Mixing instructions: Mix in large pitcher with ice, let stand for a few minutes to chill, then pour into glasses sans ice and add lemon to suit.

SoCo Cocoa

Ingredients: 16 oz Milk (I use 1%), Hot Chocolate mix or 1 chocolate bar, 4 oz Southern Comfort, Mini Marshmallows or Whipped Cream (optional)

Heat the milk and mix in cocoa or chocolate bar, add Southern Comfort and top with marshmallows or cream. Ta Da!

Liquid Courage

Ingredients:

16 oz Milk

4 scoops Ice-cream

8-12 oz Creme de cacao

6 oz Vodka

6 oz Rum

Put all ingredients into a blender, then liquify until it becomes a shake.

Thanksgiving Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Wild Turkey

1/2 oz Applejack

1 tsp Rose's Lime Juice

4 oz Cranberry juice

Fill Collins glass one-half full of ice, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.

Hot Buttered Rum

1 Lemon Twist, 1 Stick of Cinnamon, 1 Clove, Boiling Cider, 2 oz. Rum and a Pat of Butter

In a mug or pewter tankard, add spices and rum. Fill with Cider & float Butter in top.
